The Migmaster® 203 is the ideal welding machine for every light industrial shop
that wants rugged, simple equipment and high quality results. The Migmaster®
is a step-regulated welding power source designed for light and medium duty
applications. With a built-in wire feeder, it is the perfect, practical solution
for fabricators, vehicle repair shops and light production users.
Features
PSD™ Technology – excellent welding performance for a single phase machine.
The PSD™ (Power Smoothing Device™) produces a smooth 3-phase type arc, in a
1-phase power source. The Migmaster® has excellent arc characteristics when
MIG welding with either CO2 or Argon/CO2 shielding gas. The units are each equipped
with a multi-step voltage switch and wire speed control for easy setting of
welding parameters. Units are fan-cooled and equipped with thermal overload
protection.
MIG or FCAW - Easy to change polarity makes it simple to switch between
MIG solid wires and self-shielded flux cored wires. The Migmaster® is designed
to weld steel, stainless steel and aluminum

ESAB MX™ MIG Gun – Features enhanced gas-cooling for extended life.
The gun handle has a new ergonomic design. Spring loaded contact pins in the
central connector eliminate any possibility of pin misalignment.
Spool Gun Control with gun-on-demand – No separate spool gun module
to buy! Simply plug your optional MT-250SG spool gun into the receptacle and
you’re ready weld. Gun-on-demand circuitry automatically switches between MIG
gun and Spool Gun without having to disconnect anything.
Optional Digital Meter Kit - Field installed digital kit for more precise
control of welding parameters.
